Ordered 2 to display painted Warhammer figures. Both arrived damaged. There was no bubble wrap or protection just in a box and then the postage bag. Upon contacting the seller they tried to give me a 50% refund. It was only when contacting eBay that I got a full refund. Will definitely not be buying from them again

Packaging was poor to none, which resulted in the item being damaged in transit. The coil was loose which needed to be re-set. It was not the exact part for the machine, although they stated that it was com.The seller offered a replacement with a small discount paid back if a new one was ordered which I did because I desperately needed this part and hoped for a better one, which it turned out to be. Unfortunately I never received the discounted money they offered me. Will not buy for them again.
