the listing stated this product was brand new just not in original packaging. it arrived very damaged. seller wants me to pay for the return and wants me to wait 3 weeks (shipping and return processing time). absolute scam. the item I purchased is a electronic wastegate actuator for a 2016 mini cooper, so it is susceptible to damage from being dropped which my part looks like it fell of the back of a truck. the bag it came in also had what I believe to be oil residue in it and on my part

Best price for this enormous amount of drain plug gaskets. Will be able to share with other family members. Seller answered product question very quick. Was concerned that product would not seal drain plug to oil pan. Seller assures that it will, but if there is a problem with it leaking, they are to be notified, to correct it if it doesn't seal. Seller stands behind their product. Seller is definitely a 5 star seller. Thank you
