I received four brake pads, but two of them were obviously used. They had clear groves on them indicating they were previously installed and worn down a little bit. The seller falsely advertised the brake pads as new OEM. I sent two pictures of the four pads right after I received them and was going to return them but decided to still have them installed given the appointment I had made with my mechanic. The seller promised to refund me the one way shipping cost ($20) but they lied again!!!
