the listing stated this product was brand new just not in original packaging. it arrived very damaged. seller wants me to pay for the return and wants me to wait 3 weeks (shipping and return processing time). absolute scam. the item I purchased is a electronic wastegate actuator for a 2016 mini cooper, so it is susceptible to damage from being dropped which my part looks like it fell of the back of a truck. the bag it came in also had what I believe to be oil residue in it and on my part

    Perfect fit!!!

    I have had an oil leak for about 2 years with my Mercedes benz..took it to numerous mechanics and they couldn’t fix or find the oil leak..last week I came across a YouTube video that said to check this part and long behold this was causing the problem..all of the hundreds of dollars I spent on dumb mechanics and this part did the job...thanks again this part works like a charm
