They sold a product to me and within few minutes it starts peeling off the thread. I took pic of the item and emailed them. in return the said that they will refund me $3 for the defective item. Thats not fair, as a customer if I am paying you full price of the product u selling me then I should expect full refund knowing your item was defective.
