    Terrifyingly unsafe

    I'll start with the positive, the bulbs seem to be of some decent quality. But the housings for the bulbs are terrifyingly cheap and flimsy. First of all the "real glass" is completely a very thin and breakable plastic. So cheap they would never last more than a short while if they are on the actual roads. Mine arrived damaged in shipping, but that seemed more to the cheapness of the product over the mangled nature of the shipping. The main reflector withing them is barely held down by a single tiny screw, which makes the reflector jiggle around and can't be in place in any sturdy way. Also the reflective surface inside is a simple metallic paint over the cheap plastic housing that was peeling off on one of them right out of the box and clearly would not last.
