The product is probably excellent, but the Postal Service is having a hard time delivering the product. No fault of the seller and I’ve double checked the address to make sure it’s correct. The seller also noticed the same problem and has been in very consistent contact with me over this item . It is no fault of the seller that the Postal Service is messed up the delivery . Sellers customer service excellent. I look forward to doing business with them again.

Center Consol Safe/lockbox. I received the lockbox but no bolts, washers, or key. In contacting the seller I was asked to try and find bolts and washers locally. Which I did find them local. This saved a 25 day wait for replacement bolts and washers according to the seller. But no key. The seller gave a small discount for the lost key.
