I RECEIVED THIS IS GOOD TIMING BUT THE WOOD GRAIN WAS MUCH DARKER THAN PICTURED AND DOES NOT MATCH MY CAR INTERIOR. WILL HAVE TO KEEP THIS BECAUSE IT WOULD TAKE UP TOO MUCH TIME AND MONEY TO RETURN. WILL REMEMBER NOT TO ORDER AGAIN.

They sold a product to me and within few minutes it starts peeling off the thread. I took pic of the item and emailed them. in return the said that they will refund me $3 for the defective item.
Thats not fair, as a customer if I am paying you full price of the product u selling me then I should expect full refund knowing your item was defective.
I am never ever doing business with them again; Ebay should take some action against this Seller.
