I received the front bumper valance on time and it was new as described. The only issue was that in order to fit it I the box to ship it one end was doubled over and taped. Luckily the plastic it's made of is flexible but it caused a crease in the plastic and the end won't stay straightened out. It should straighten out once installed on the vehicle but the integrity of the plastic has been weakened on that end. Overall it's good quality and will serve its purpose.
