High quality at a reasonable price
The fit was perfect and, based on the lack of vibration while driving, it is well balanced. I had to replace the driveshaft on my Mazda RX-7 at 175k miles previously and did not go with Dorman, but instead went with a driveshaft that had grease fittings. I could not easily access the front U-joint to lubricate it so, perhaps as a consequence, the U-joint failed after only 25,000 miles. The Dorman driveshaft has no grease fittings, and I consider that to be an advantage -- after all, the OEM driveshaft lasted 175k miles, and it didn't have grease fittings either.The fit was perfect and, based on the lack of vibration while driving, it is well balanced.
