This hitch arrived missing hardware that was listed as "included" in the item description. Box was beat up and hitch was scuffed. When asked about missing parts seller was defensive and unwilling to help out. Seller edited the listing removing the listed parts after I asked about them. Their only response was "send it back for a refund." It's easier to go to autozone and buy bolts than it is to return a trailer hitch. Would not shop here again. EZ assembly, EZ install
When it delivered in only 2 boxes I was a little skeptical. But, everything was packed nice, neat & tight - no damage! Once I figured out the hardware (per the instruction sheet), I had this bumper assembled within an hour. I only had to use my son to help lift it into place & get a few bolts in place & then centered. After all that I realized that I have a lower crossmember under the radiator (but not attached) that attaches to the chassis where my tow hooks are located. You can see this in the pic. I would advise that these be removed first before getting the bumper fastened in place…. Also, figure out the LED light wiring before putting on the bumper. May have to splice some wire into place.
