What I received smelled and looked like hair conditioner or white lotion enclosed in sealed product packaging. I contacted the seller with photos and expressed my need for verified product replacement to no avail. The seller proposed incremental partial refund with the caviot of keeping the mystery solution. To good to be true, perhaps.
