This item arrived without a case & accessories (as shown in picture) and item also arrived late. Contacted the seller who indicated he could do nothing without a picture. I explained I got the pipe "only" but seller continued to say I had to send a picture. How can I send a picture of something I never received. It was wrapped in saran wrap & a little bit of bubble wrap. Poor packing by the seller. I did not ask for a refund; only what I did not receive from the ad. Now seller ignoring me
