This hitch arrived missing hardware that was listed as "included" in the item description. Box was beat up and hitch was scuffed. When asked about missing parts seller was defensive and unwilling to help out. Seller edited the listing removing the listed parts after I asked about them. Their only response was "send it back for a refund." It's easier to go to autozone and buy bolts than it is to return a trailer hitch. Would not shop here again.
