Seller responded nearly immediately to an issue, we discussed the issue and offered a small refund to compensate. Issue was not the seller's fault it was a packing issue from the factory. The remote was crushed between the heater outlet edge and the styrofoam packing. The remote still works but it was damaged quite badly. Overall machine worked how it should and seller was helpful friendly and attentive. 5 ⭐ for seller and 4⭐ for product only due to packaging.

Bought two units. One arrived with bad temperature sensor and wouldn't work, the other was missing the exhaust pipe. I asked for a refund. They offered me $20 or I could ship them back at my expense and when they get them they "said" they would refund it all. I decided to take the $20 and just keep them and use one for spare parts and used the exhaust from the inop one to make the other one work. They refused the partial refund til I prove that I purchased the parts online. They are dishonest.
