Today 04 dec 2023, I received the package, delivery was earlier than stated, it is very good. But the package was poorly packed, very bad. all boxes have been opened, the seal on the shock absorber is broken. And most importantly, one of a Suspension mount is missing . There were no accompanying documents in the parcel. Please resolve this situation. i need this item very much.

I ordered the lower control arm bushings not knowing that the issue resulted in only having to replace the lower ball joints and upper control arms on my son's F150. Vendor readily issued a return authorization #, accepted the return of the lower control arm bushings no questions asked AND refunded Paypal the monies on the same day that bushings were returned to the warehouse.
