These were supposed to be sequential as stated. That was the reason for buying these lights from this seller. Because of the bid, the final price was less than the asking price. This seller pulled a fast one and shipped to me a cheaper light set that was not sequential. You can buy from this seller if you like...your choice...but I will never buy from this seller again. I buy off EBAY a lot and this is the first seller I've felt didn't sell in good faith.
