The seller was responsive and ended up refunding me for the original purchase price. Seller was great but merchandise was not as described.

This item was purchased from a seller 10 miles from me. USPS picked up the pkg and sent it 200 miles away to a sorting center before it came back to the same post office in the sellers neighborhood where he dropped it off. WTF. Anyway, I got what I needed, an ID plate for an old mobile home I was selling.

    This hitch was shipped to me with missing parts. I had to fabricate parts in order to complete the installation.

    Once installed, the hitch seems to perform well, although I have only used it as a way to transport two bicycles using an Allen bike carrier made to fit this hitch size. Installation took about an hour, and required the removal of the plastic sheathing under the gas tank. I would prefer not to remove stock parts for aftermarket accessories, but such was the case here.

    Car Hitch

    It’s fine for what I will use it for. A bike rack. I would otherwise suggest a 2” receiver. Know what you will use it for and what your auto can do. Must have some skills to instal or you will be over your head. Best of luck.
