The item found difective after installing by the technician, it is costing me double the labor cost for me. I expect full refund since it costed me $742 total for installation and remove and install the original again, i may have to spend more to get a new part and follow the process again. Excellent communication-One problem was picture item description shows the the o-ring which didn't come with. Reason I had ordered it the price was right and the o-ring that would have made things easier all in one package. Hunted high and low for one but had to purchase the tube with the o-ring for another $12. They refunded me $2 . All he could do being a drop shipper.
