Item looked like it was a used piece just painted black. Since I already ordered unit, I installed anyways. This unit started leaking within 2 weeks. This guy is selling used junk as 'Refurbished' and I guess if 9 out of 10 products he sells works, he gets away with it. Rarely do I give negative feedback but I'm pissed for the amount of work involved installing this unit!
