The description says the governor spring is an "Industrial Injection" spring. I cannot say it's not supplied by "Industrial Injection" (Utah); however, it is sealed in the same package as the fuel pin. Clearly marked made in China and fully appears to have been packaged and sealed together in China. The statement of the governor spring was from "industrial injection" is what made me pick this seller. Have not had a chance to install the product yet. "Looks" to be of good quality.
