Quick handling time and fast shipping! The part (Short shifter) did not fit 100%, after some minor adjustment involving sand paper and a mallet, and a few words of frustration, I got it to fit. Works well and feels great!

Not quite right but a good starting point. The overall length of the pivot points was too long to allow the cups to seat far enough to install the shifter. The diameter of the cups was slightly tight. But I have a lathe so I could fix them. I actually removed the rear pivot and shortened it slightly. The cups i cut a slight taper to get them started in the shifter carrier. I think the left/right ball that rides in the plastic arm will wear fast. Good luck!!!
