The condition of item was not as described by the seller. It was described as new/ like new. When item arrived it was not new and had been repainted, was dirty from coffee stains, several parts were broken. Although item was shipped quickly there was no communication from the seller when I requested a partial refund. EBay did authorize a full refund on return of the item but I wished to keep part of the item. In spite of repeated attempts to contact the seller I never heard from them.
