Hello people I want to share my experience with this company, I ordered the 5 piece car mat set, when I received them they didn’t work as described. The mat slipped under my feet as I was driving, yet the site said they were nonslip mats,
When I contacted the company they responded right away and apologized for the inconvenience, I was offered a lower refund, I said no, I wanted the whole amount I paid, they agreed, I wanted to send the mats back but I was told to keep them, I am satisfied
