Doesn't stick well.
This works if you want to add a little protection to the edge of your doors liftgate or hood. This is very thin so it blends in well with your vehicle and from a distance it's hard to tell this is on the vehicle. This will not protect against hard hits, other vehicles hitting your vehicle, or cover a lot of area. The worst part of these is the adhesive. If you or anyone who touches your vehicle puts your/their hand on these and applies a little force (such as gently closing the vehicle door) then these will slip out of place due to the adhesive being weak. I have had to adjust these a few times & replace the one on the liftgate once already. Luckily I bought way more then needed so I had enough. This works if you don't touch them directly & don't hit the edge hard on anything but if you ... This works if you want to add a little protection to the edge of your doors liftgate or hood. Product looks fine but adhesive is junk. I prepped doors and every time I opened or closed door I would have to push back in place. Obviously after a few times adhesive not sticking much so replaced tried again with same result. Adhesive should be on both sides not just one to allow product to stay in place and serve its purpose.

Bought this to use on the rim of a plastic kayak. Worried it wouldn't stick well as not much of a lip, but sticks well and was very easy to install. Have plenty left over that I might use on our new black car which is what it was intended for anyway.

Worth the time of application and it looks great but it’s kind of hard to put on. The type that has the glue in the base of the well goes on much easier and in the future, I would probably spend a little more for this.
