The original shipment arrived. The package was broken during shipping. The part that I needed was lost. After talking to customer service, they replaced the part. I had to wait a couple more weeks Ailay kept in contact with me even through the weeks of waiting for the delivery. The support struts work beautifully. (Make sure you reset the trunk button in the glove compartment.) Price was decent.
