Tried to reach out to seller but had no response. Thought this was a “pair” so re ordered same one. Sold it to me for a more expensive price 2 days after receiving the first one. Asked to expiate shipping and I would pay for it but no option. Shipping has taken 5 days over expected delivery time. No help assisting on the missing item through USPS. Box itself looks like it has been opened before but the shock seems to work as expected. Wish I wasn’t leaving a bad review but seller not helpful.
