I ordered the axils and when they came in I went to install them and they were too short for the unit. I immediately sent them photos and measurements. Of them. Side by side with the original cvaxil and they were clearly wrong but they questioned my measurements. Since the shipping company damaged the box and their reluctance to accommodate me immediately so I decided it was not worth the time. I’ll keep them as souvenirs. Thanks for your services I am a business owner and I had to eat the cost

We replied to your message the same day you sent it to us. Based on the inforamtion you gave us, it seems as if your machine is a full size which is differnt from the axles you purchased. We sent you the specs on the axles you bought and of the axles for the full size which seem to match your measurements. We also aske for the vin# for us to research. We never got another message from you, but are still willing to help you if you would like to contact us.

Shipped a faulty UTV axle. The picture in the listing has 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed and 1 yr warranty. The axle failed 3 months after installing. Contacted seller through ebay listing, their response was to send $90.00 for the replacement. I have refused since they would not honor their 1 year warranty as listed.
