This hair root powder arrived all broken up. The flimsy white plastic envelope the container was packaged in was sent from China. It had dust from the broken powder inside. I immediately messaged the seller and sent photos of the smashed product and the envelope. The seller and I messaged back and forth multiple times. She actually wanted me to RETURN the product to China! I considered that ridiculous and an expensive cost for me to incur. I had to have eBay intervene to obtain my full refund.
