one part missing from described item. communication with seller ok. shipping was horrible with no tracking of package, coming in separate shipments days apart, boxes were destroyed and appeared to be randomly re-taped. All of the shipping issues may be due to the service they use but it was bad from my point of view. According to Ebay it even says I still haven't got the delivery. Parts received were as described except for the one part not received.

Cabin filter fit Perfect. But the engine filter was a different one. Emailed the seller. Took a look at the order. Then they realizes it was the incorrect item. Right away took care of me on the spot. Stated that it was the weong part dor the engine filter. And refunded my money back. Fast customer service. They also stated they were going to fixed the issue on there sise. I will buy from them again
