I give this item a C+. While the service and communication with these individuals have been above and beyond, the device itself or product, I think is of poor quality for the money. I received the radio with broken pieces and shipped me out new pieces ASAP. But in my opinion, you’re better off to spend the money getting a better quality stereo because this one here is not worth the money. The only thing it’s good for is listening to the radio . Don’t buy it for any of the other options .
