The item was listed as new and packaged. When received it was in used condition, one of the prongs was bent and looking like it had been in a toolbox. I cleaned it up and straighten the prong, seems to work ok. It is a backup control, for emergency. After complaint, seller did offer to refund, if shipped back, not worth the hassle. I will keep and use, advise to seller, be cautious in your wording on your ad s. Retracted from Negative to Neutral. Thank you....
