Shipped promptly, packed safely - decals only on a single small sheet - no alignment guide. I verified before purchasing if they were reflective black, and they said Yes. I have hesitated in mounting these as they do not appear to be reflective -- by I contacted seller again after I got them because they did not seem to be reflective, but they said Yes. I am keeping them, and will finally be using these soon, and I guess I will find out for myself if they reflect or not, afterwards.
