Item was received as described and timely. There was minor damage to the package and one of the connecting ports was bent, the bag of hardware was open and spilled in the box rattling about. I believe I have all the parts but the defect is not serious enough for me to return the package unless I find some parts missing when I get to do the install. There is no installation instruction in the box so I will not know as yet if anything is missing.

The items were as described. Shipping was perhaps calculated to lower the price of the item. Packaging could have used an additional strip of tape as the box arrived with one strip of tape that was ripped and opened half way up the box flaps. Shipping to Hawaii is brutal and packages arrive in poor condition if not well packaged. Internal packaging was very good. A good overall transaction.

Seller communication was great and they even emailed a return freight label and gave me a full refund. My only regret is that they did not have the bed cover for my truck.
