Hello when the DHL delivery man delivered the package yesterday, I opened the package to check the contents.While handling the water pump I heard a noise, so I removed the back cover which holds by 5 screws to see where this noise came.After disassembly I found that the inner part of the pump that is used to circulate the water is NOT crimped, just take it with your fingers to remove it from the axis !!!!STILL WAIT MY MONEY BACK !!!!!!

We're very sorry to hear this pump arrived defective! It looks like you spoke with Customer Service on 12/16 regarding a return. As this was an international order, we were not able to issue a return shipping label and do not have access to tracking info, but you will be reimbursed for shipping once the order arrives. As of now, we are still awaiting the returned item, which may have been delayed due to the holidays and international shipping times, but will refund in full once it's received.
