Nightmare company to deal with. Only replies to questions when they feels like it. This item required me to give my social security number and pay $138 tariff. After complaint they changed shipping terms to include comments about possible charges. When I contacted them about such charges they replied with abusive language as a reply. Calling me names and trying to belittle me for not knowing my country charges that money. I and still under appeal for a refund for the $138 charge. I have emails.

Das kleine handgroße Teil wurde in einem sehr großen Paket verschickt (1,15 Meter x 23 cm x 13 cm) !!!Im Innern hat man alles mit alten Kartons und gebrauchten Pizzakartons vollgestopft.Ich hatte versucht den Verkäufer zu fragen, was er sich dabei gedacht hat.Bekam aber keine Antwort.Ich habe somit das Altpapier für meinen Verkäufer kostenlos entsorgt.
