I ordered a trailer hitch for my 2011 Subaru Outback, and it arrived very well packed. On the way to my mechanic to get it installed I had an accident, and the vehicle was totaled. I replaced the 2011 Outback with a 2015 Outback, so the hitch was the wrong one for the new car. Champs-club paid the shipping for the original purchase and the return.
