Sehr schnelle Kontaktaufnahme nach der Reklamation. Leider waren alle Griffteile gebrochen. Was aber eher dem Transport zuzuordnen ist. Man hätte es etwas besser verpacken können, für die weite Reise. Trotzdem gibt es am Händler nichts zu meckern. Zum Produkt: Es sind nur lackierte Hartschalen mit Klebeband innen. Nichts zum klippen oder so. Für den Preis in Ordnung.
