The exhaust was wrapped but nothing was inside the box to cushion the product, because of that one of the gaskets may is broken but the pipes themselves weren't bent so that's a plus. Overall I'm still excited to install it on my G35.

Head lights arrived with a fixing tab broken in spite of packaging was good to protect items inside, evidence shown that box was dropped by carrier, these things sometimes happen. I didn't want to ship them back to seller so I proposed to reimburse some money to glue them and keep them instead of return them, seller reimbursed me for glue. I'm happy with the resolution of this issue, item is good quality and damage of items was not fault of seller. Great communication, seller recommended A+++.
