I purchased a hood and fenders with hood being in pretty good condition When I Recieved the hood it was completely bent and not in the condition the seller posted pictures of.! I reached out to them about getting a refund or returning the item and they haven’t gotten back to me. $1,300 down the drain

Item was damaged in shipping. Asked for pictures repeatedly with no response to that specific query. Offered to pick up the item and provide a full refund which was refused by buyer. Buyer stated the item was already being worked on at the body shop. Taking them at their word, an agreement was reached for partial refund. Communication was kept and buyer was partially refunded as requested. This transaction was done at a loss in an attempt to keep a customer happy and potential repeated business.
