C- for outcome; packaging was not great, styrofoam to hold product in place was broken, pieces of product slid around inside box, black paint was chipped. No one will notice the dings when I touch it up with a Sharpie marker, but the end result was less than I hoped. It still works. Seller still gets a positive mark because I don't believe the packaging issue was their fault...
