They sent the wrong part then complained about my messages then insulted me twice stating how do I know it's a wrong part and that a diagram is not a photo. FYI army veteran aircraft technician. They sent a cable with POS & NEG combined as one. I ordered POS cable. They also sent pack from different location then cut the lable and removed the address. Shady fraudulent seller don't buy

The buyer sent us a picture of the label on the box and it is an exact match to what they purchased. The buyer would not work with us and trying to figure out if they had ordered the wrong item or if it was our mistake. They would not provide vehicle info to look up and see what was going on then was very defensive for me asking any questions. This was shipped from our second location and they claim that is "illegal" Very hostile, would not recommend doing business with customer.
