Crate was broken (folded)on arrival,delivery driver very apologetic. luckily product was still intact with no apparent cracks, did suffer some cosmetic scratches. Installed immediately due to packaging being destroyed. Up side, Extremely happy with the result. Great communication on the seller, delivery and packaging had a mishap. Missing one vent, but reused the old vents so no problem, dash is now 2 tone, but nicer condition. Pros and cons but overall satisfied. I rate experience a lucky B+
