was not direct fit for 2004 acura mdx. missing bend in pipe to go around the front corner of the oil pan. had to take a mallet to flatten it a good 1/4 of the diameter and slightly bend the front cat to get it on. but got it on. I highly recommend not getting this one for this vehical. this replaced the factory oem.
