The article does not match the description, it had a cloning serial number and the seller assured that it was Apple Original, that's why the price, apart from it, it had a crack that ended up breaking completely, and the operation is lousy.

I'm sorry for your experience but you did not even contact me and give me a chance to rectify the problem, just left a negative feedback which is not fair and not a very good way to do business. I do have a receipt from Apple and the iPods were not cracked when I shipped they were practically not used also they have AppleCare+ so if there was any problem Apple will replace them. I hope you don't continue buying from other sellers on eBay and leaving negative feedback with give them a fair chance
