The time pictured was the item received. The item received works but is not in as good condition. Further, as soon as I realized the item was going to be delivered to my old address I contacted the seller (in plenty of time) to make an address change. They responded okay, and then sent it to the old address anyway. Poor communication blamed me for not contacting them. Please don't use this seller, unless the item is so cheap you don't mind paying extra for shipping.

The customer reached out after the item shipped there was nothing I could do to change the address. I understand the frustration and offered a partial refund customer refused.
