I ordered a bumper from them but unfortunately the bumper was damaged from shipping and the shop where my car is didn't want to wait for me to receive another bumper, when I contacted doublerunauto they handled it like pro, the communication was perfect even on Sunday they have responded to me, they gave me a full refund and they apologized for what happened, if the bodyshop gave me sometime they was gonna send a new bumper with $100 credit on the next purchase, 5* shipping.

This product is exactly as described. It was well packaged and arrived intact. The pricing was competitive. It performs the intended task as anticipated. Seller promptly answered a couple of questions I had asked and was very responsive. The only thing I could add is that although the seller shipped it right out the transporter and actual delivery took about three times longer than I had hoped. This needs a faster shipping, delivery service. If you are not in any rush then no problem exists.
