Buy it, but get the extended sending unit
This is a very well built product for this day and age. Everything fit well and went right into place as if it was the original replacement. Good mounting hardware with no questions or having to modify anything. I would highly recommend buying the replacement, longer sending unit, rather than modifying the original, which they include the parts to do it with.

Problem solved...
Great upgrade to old Fords, solves the problem of big engines with small fuel tanks at a very reasonable price. Just heads-up, this tank will not fit all F-250s... It will not fit in an F-250 highboy.
