I’m very happy with the bumper but all the bolts were fine threads. The bolts on my Tahoe have more coarse threads, so I had to reuse the old bolts. There was two bolts missing that hold the plastic covers to the bumper, again I had to reuse the bolts from the old rusty bumper. Besides that good fit.

    No more Jed Clampett Bumper!

    Finally got rid of that rusted old bumper. This was a great solution at a very reasonable cost. If you are thinking of replacing yours, I recommend this product. It fit my 2005 GMC 1500 Yukon SLT perfectly. Comes with everything you need to do the replacement. Be sure to remember how the old bumper brackets were attached as there are no instructions. I left the old brackets attached to the truck as they were fine and did not feel like undoing another group of rusted bolts. I did use the new angled brackets to attach the new bumper to the old brackets which worked out fine. I also kept the old bumper nearby for reference and that was helpful as the bracket installation could be a bit confusing at first. Be prepared for about 2 to 2 1/2 hours of work and remember, this is a dirty job. You ...

Having ordered other brand bumpers online chrome quality only begins to show after a few months.I will post later as to whether or not it rusts. following up on my review, bumper has went thru an entire Pa.winter and still looks great!

    Replacement rear bumper, Chevy Avalanche

    Needed to replace a very rusted rear bumper for my 2005 Chevy Avalanche. Found this and at a great price, $207. Worried about the quality because of the low price. When it arrive I was pleasantly surprised! It is a solid bumper, all hardware included and arrived in three days with free shipping. Outstanding! I had my local mechanic install it as I figured the old one may need to be cut of with a torch. It only took him about an hour to remove the old one and install the replacement. Looks great, fit well and I'm very happy with it.

    As good as original

    This bumper looks and fits as the original bumper did. The only difference between this and my bumper is the license plate lights. This one has chrome where the stock had black. I do like the chrome better and the lights are much better than the stock as well. It comes with everything you need.
