Item said new in open box. What it didn't say was that the item was defective. Since no returns are accepted, looks like it's clearly buyer beware. This is the 3rd or 4th time I've taken advantage of reasonable prices for items on e-bay and been provided with "new, in box" or "new, open box" and been given defective merchandise. Think I'll stop shopping here for a while for "new" items. At least the used items come with disclaimers and you understand the risks up front. Fool me once....
